1/8/2023 0 Comments Monica lyric opera housePreviously, Sinead was a finalist in the RTE Millennium Singer of the Future competition at the National Concert Hall, Dublin and in the same year was awarded the French song Prize at the UK National Mozart Competition. She attended the National Opera Studio in 2004/2005 where her studies were supported by the Friends of Covent Garden and the Nicholas John Trust. In 2003 she received the John Small Bursary at Wexford Festival Opera and an Arts Council of Ireland award. One of Ireland’s most distinguished sopranos, Sinéad Campbell-Wallace graduated with a first class Honours degree in performance from DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama in 2002, where she was awarded the Michael McNamara Gold Medal for outstanding performance.
